Kanban drag & drop moves the card to the bottom (it should go to the top)

In the Softr Kanban block, when I drag and drop a card into another column, the card is automatically placed at the bottom of that column.

This creates a very poor user experience because if the column has many cards, the moved card looks like it disappeared, and users think “Where did it go?”

The expected default behavior is that the moved card should be placed at the top of the target column.

@Mehmet My understanding is that the Kanban block does not currently remember the order of cards. I believe Softr has said they are working on this. Hopefully it’s sooner than later, but it has been this way for a while.

@TobyMacLeod Thanks for the clarification. That matches what I’m seeing as well. Hopefully the ordering logic (or a sensible default like placing moved cards at the top) lands soon, because the current behavior is quite confusing for users.
