Issue with Dropdown Lists and Search Bar on Mobile Version

Hi everyone,

I’m experiencing an issue with the mobile version of our app, specifically within the interactions form, and I’m wondering if anyone else has seen this or found a workaround.

  • The search bar behaves inconsistently, sometimes it works fine, but other times it doesn’t respond at all on certain phones.
  • The dropdown lists also act strangely. When selecting an option, it often selects a value two positions above the one tapped.

Everything seems to work perfectly on desktop, so this seems to be mobile-specific.

Has anyone else run into this? Any suggestions or fixes would be really appreciated!

Yes. I’ve noticed issues like this from time-to-time, depending in the OS. For instance the same feature may work fine on desktop or iOS, but not on Android.
