Am I the only one that finds communication within a client portal critical? It seems weird to me that there isn’t a better way to communicate within each portal. My client portals involve myself, my client (1-3 people on their team) 1 internal employee, and depending on the project itself, 1-3 external freelancers.
I don’t see anything “built in” that would work or even anything planned and some of these external apps are quite pricey! But I don’t want my staff nor my clients going in and out of different apps for the same project- What do you recommend?
Has anyone tried campfire yet? Could that work?
