Is Softr down right now?

Studio is incredibly slow to load if it will load at all (4/5 times errors out.) No network issues or problems on any other sites. True on both Chrome and Safari.

Anyone else?

Blocks won’t load and can’t publish updates for the last 25 mins

very slow for me too!

Hey all!
It seems that the root cause was a temporary downtime on Airtable’s side, which affected our service’s performance.

Airtable has since resolved the issue, so you should now be able to load Studio without any problems. If you continue to experience issues, please let us know, and we’ll be happy to assist further.

Thank you for your understanding and patience.

Best regards,

I’m not able to access anything in Softr at all. I just keep getting server timeout notifications. Apparently my entire Softr site is down too, which is a huge issue for my company today as we’re launching a course from that portal that hosts >$100k of customer fees atm.

@jkellum no we don’t have any known issues. DM me the details to check. I checked your app, and all seems to be alright. We didn’t have a noticeable incident overall…

It was working earlier today but is back to not working now. Occassionally goes through but then quits again. This has happened to me across multiple devices and multiple browsers. When not working, it gives me the attached screen. I’ve also already tried all troubleshooting recs.

@jkellum we have a few monitoring systems checking softr.io website every few seconds and waiting max 5 seconds to respond… we should have received calls and alarms if this is happening… I have to suspect this is a local issue you face and simple google search suggests this is probably local issue. We have had few such cases in the past and mostly turned out to be local network or firewall issues

The error connection timed out means that your browser could not establish a connection to the website's server in time. The problem may be your internet connection, website server, browser, or firewall settings. Generally, a browser needs about 30 seconds to reach a website's server.

@artur I suspected the issue was on my end at first as well but I received emails from ~100 customers in a 24 hour period telling me they were experiencing similar issues. It seems very strange to me. Regardless, the issue resolved after a couple hours, so we’re good now. I just really need to figure out a way to ensure this doesn’t happen again, and getting to the root of the problem seems to be the first step there. Let me know if you have any suggestions. Thanks so much!

Will do! Hopefully we don’t have to worry about it at all. Thank you so much for addressing this either way!
