"Internal" vs "external" users and pricing tiers

Hi there - am building a client portal and have around 25 of my clients’ employees who want to use it, but can’t tell difference between internal and external users.

I thought “internal users” would be collaborators who could design the app (you don’t seem to get any on the Basic plan and 10 collaborators on the Professional Plan). On the Basic $49/mo plan it says you can have “1000 external app” users (which seems to be what I need for the client portal) and “10 internal” users.

I only need 2-3 of the client to actually be collaborators on building the app, but it’s not letting any of the 25 users who i’ve identified as users in the Users page have access to the app, and saying i need to upgrade…?

Interesting to raise this as it made me go checking on current pricing to review my own platforms and future requirements ….

Shows that on all plans there are unlimited App Builders, and various user options (Basic = 20 and Professional = 100).

There are other differences re: features of each plan, so check that what you need is included (and see Business plan too).
