Intermittent Errors: Datasource has changed

I have been receiving a large number of intermittent “something went wrong” errors from users over the last several weeks. The errors are on different pages and for different users where it works one day and then not the next but the error is always the same:

Something went wrong!
You cannot add or edit a record because either the
block visibility rules, user group conditions, or the
user/record data in the datasource has changed

To be clear, nothing about the datasource has changed. All data are in Airtable. Sending users a magic link solves the issue so it seems to be something with their user account access but is causing a lot of issues for us as people keep suddenly being unable to use our app for no apparent reason.
