I’m trying to set up a conditional filter on a block list that contains support tickets from Hubspot. I only want the user to be able to see support tickets raised by their company. If I use a Conditional Filter where the Associated Company ID field of the Ticket object equals the Associated Company ID field for the Contact user object Softr doesn’t return any records.
If I use the conditional filter and specify an individual company Record ID the filter works fine
The Record ID and the Associated Company ID are supposed to be the same so I don’t understand why this doesn’t work.
Any ideas?
