How long does the Softr SSL certificate take to generate for custom domain?

Does anyone know how long it takes for an SSL cert to be issued for a custom domain I connected?

Hi Adam, if DNS is configured properly it happens on the very first request within 10-20 seconds

Thanks for checking in – to update you, it ended up being an issue of “publishing” the app first, as I wasn’t ready to publish it when I was previewing it and it was giving scary errors :upside_down_face:. It worked within seconds from there! Thanks so much :smiley:

@Suzie I’m having trouble getting my hintible.com to work. It’s connected to DNS correctly, took 2 days and it’s still not secure.
Can someone help? Typically if I connect another app to a custom subdomain, it works within seconds so I don’t know why this root domain is having such a hard time.
Help please!
