How can I show a call to action or custom html if no records are found?

Howdy again,

I am looking to conditionally show a call to action graphic if the user has not added any records.

Any ideas on how to do this with either a Call to Action (which is static) or using the “Empty State → Message”?

I tried adding html into the Empty State message but it is not recognized.
