In a list or table block, you can have 100 items in the list without the “See More” button. The horizontal scroll is all the way at the bottom. If the content is wider than the screen width you have to go all the way to the bottom to be able to scroll to the right to see the other columns. Seems to me that the scroll bar should be at the top and bottom.
