How is possible hide Fields (like price) according user. Manager can see fields with price but Empoloye not.

You can create 2 blocks and set visibility. What you need to do is to create Custom user groups Manager and Employee.
The first block with price will be visible to to Manager, while the other block without price field will be visible to Employee group.
