Is this issue considered resolved? I see the Page Rules as shown in Maria’s screenshot above; however, it does not know how to direct non logged in users after sign up. Basically, what is shown in the screenshot is the issue and there is no solution presented.

Page rules only work with logged-in users. So post signup for the first time, or any time after login. Normally this is more than satisfactory so long as you require your users to login.
If your app is public, you’ll won’t be able to use this approach as much.
