I get a “Group By” setting is not configured error in preview. I am setting visibility on a block. But groups are configured.
Airtable database is set. Users successfully synced. I have user role conditions set. Added block visibility
But when I open the preview I get an error

I am sorry, but the chat is the worst help experience. For 15 hours all I was getting is “I need to do some research” and then a very wrong answer…

Sorry to hear that you were frustrated with our live chat, regarding to the error you mentioned it is most probably that you have a Kanban block and did not set up the “group by” column.
