Hi there - I’m trying to get Google ReCaptcha to show on my app’s sign up page. I’ve created a key, pasted in the site key and the secret key into the google recaptcha integration, flipped on the recaptcha switch on the sign up interface, but nothing is showing. Google is telling us that the key is incomplete, and that we need to request tokens. heres a screenshot of that. I’ve tried multiple keys with multiple configurations and can’t get anything to work. Can someone please take a look? Thank you!
Hey @mike_ta , could you please have a look at the following help doc about how to enable reCAPTCHA in Google to make it work in Softr and check with yoru configurations? There are 2 types available to choose from.
thanks for sharing, Marine. I was originally trying to get the v2 (checkbox challenge) up and running but the checkbox is not showing up. Based on your help doc, I’ve implemented the score-based v3 recaptcha, but that does not appear to be working either. other than the v2 vs v3 change, i’ve followed the steps exactly as the help doc states. what could be going wrong here? thanks in advance!
Have you published the app afterwards? If so, do you see any specific message?
