Form micro-NPS: “Unstable Connection” error, public landing (Supabase) – anyone solved?

Hi all,

I just deployed two versions of a customer feedback micro-NPS form on my public Softr landing pages (A/B test: claramente-pilot.softr.app/landing-v0a & claramente-pilot.softr.app/landing-v0b).

The form appears fine and is set to “Everyone.” But when submitting, I always get the error:
“Unstable connection. Please try again in a few seconds”
Tested with several emails, browsers, incognito, and the issue persists. No rate-limiting apparent and Supabase endpoint is active.

Is this a known bug? Any workaround or step I should check?
Is support aware of this issue, or anyone else experiencing it today?
