Filter list by record ID in url parameter

Is there a way to apply a list filter with the URL but not through inline filters.

Long story but in short, Id like to send my clients a view of list specific to their records.

I don’t want them to create a login and I don’t want to have to generate a magic link everytime a new users is created in airtable.

Please help, THANKS!
