Fillout prefill help

Hello I am creating an application that allows me to validate the information of a program of reception of loads. The receiving program is in Airtable and I visualize it in Softr through a list block. For each item of the program I included a button that takes me to a FillOut form. I am trying to make the form, by default, show me the information that I have to validate the program, but so far I have not been able to do this pre-fill.

Please if you can guide me with the automatic filling.

@MGomez quick question have you tried using our own editing functionality with permissions ?

Alternatively what exactly do you need to prefil ?

Not sure if I understand correctly but…

If you are using fillout, you don’t need prefills to access the record and edit its fields.

you simply make sure this setting is in place on your fillout form:

Finally, I am working with Fillout’s alternative “Update Record (Airtable)” so that existing records are automatically considered.
