Field type for Edit button

Hi, I am configuring the Edit Record action button, and it appears I cannot edit a selection field (I assume either single-select or multi-select). I don’t see a selection data type and I won’t accept Text for selection fields.

I’m fairly new to Softr, so any help would be appreciated.

If you are mapping single-select or multi-select fields from airtable, you must choose in softr studio ‘drop down’ as the type for your edit record button
