I am currently facing an issue with the portals I have created for two of my clients using Softr. These portals are connected to their respective databases on Monday.com, and unfortunately, both have stopped functioning.
When I checked the system to troubleshoot, I noticed that the API connections for both clients were showing an error indicating “no data found.” I attempted to resolve this by generating new API tokens and reauthenticating the connections, but the issue persists.
This problem seems to be specific to portals connected to Monday.com databases, as it is not occurring with any other clients or data sources.
Could anyone provide guidance on how to resolve this? I would also appreciate any insights from the Softr team on this matter.
