Exclude email addresses already captured in a datasource in email fields on forms using validation settings that have customizable error messages.

Hi Ben, thanks for your feedback. I’ve logged this feature request with our team so they can review it for future app updates. In the meantime, you can prevent duplicates by adding unique field rules to your backend database.

Thanks @Marine.Hovhannisyan. Are you talking about Airtable’s Email fields?

If you use Airtable, then the columns there have “Filter” and “Group” options. What I meant was that you could filter out duplicate emails or group them to see which emails were duplicated.

Thanks again @Marine.Hovhannisyan. The idea is to prevent duplicate emails from being submitted though. Sounds like a setting that Softr can add whenever we configer an email field on a form.

Sure, I have already let the team know this is a requested feature, and it would be great to have it added to our form blocks.
