I have setup a way for grantees to upload acknowledgement letters and confirm the amount granted to them from a Softr portal to Airtable. Users are getting this error “Something went wrong! Access Denied.” when they submit the letter and update the transaction record. It seems that the file is uploaded and the data going to Airtable just fine, they’re just getting an error message and contacting us to make sure it uploaded okay. Why is this error occuring and how can we fix it?
