Emails sent from @softr.app, even though custom email sender is configured and selected

I configured a custom email sender and set it as the email sender when I built our app many months ago. I tested it, and it was working correctly at that time.

However, an end user recently reached out after receiving a password reset email from *@softr.app. They were concerned it might be a phishing email.

I checked our notification settings and found the custom email sender is still configured and selected.

Hey @DustinL , could you please clarify if you also experience the same situation when you send an invite to your account (or any other test account)? I need to know whether it happened once or is happening all the time

Thank you @Marine.Hovhannisyan . I sent myself a password reset email just now, and it came from @softr.app

One more question: have you published your app after you set up the email sending?

Yes, I have. However, there are unpublished changes in the app now.

I see, could you please contact us via chat so that we can check your app? You can include my name (Marine) in your message as I know your situation

@Marine.Hovhannisyan I published my app again, and that fixed it. FWIW, this functionality was first set up and published a very long time ago. I’m not sure why it stopped working now.
