I been using softr.io for awhile but i was wondering if there is an edit button where it updates your record in the database not just validation option seen here but if user edit a record and i want it approved on my end before getting inserted into the database record ? Anyone have this option or custom code or anything to do this i was looking at the validation option with regex but it doesn’t seem to be it. I am using workflow where it also send me an email and then i can approve it or something
Perhaps follow Gareth’s video and see how you would apply what he demonstrates in Airtable to a Softr environment. It shouldn’t be significantly different.
Thank you for the suggestion but that isn’t what I am looking for. Yeah good workaround but doesn’t have a part where it replaces content and record from blank to PENIDNG APPROVED REJECT replacing the actual content with CONTENT SUBMITTED BY USER. So the special requirement has a request and detailed information submitted by User then ADMIN would APPROVE which the record gets replaced with new RECORD SUBMITTED as long as the admin approves.
