Do you have a page naming convention or best practices that you follow?

I’ve worked on some Softr applications that got pretty huge. After a while, pages become hard to find.

What tips and best practices do you use to keep your applications in order?

For example:

  • Do you name pages according to the table name in Airtable?
  • Do you have a folder structure within Softr?
  • Do you have development environments separate from your main?
  • Do you delete hidden blocks or even store some on a separate page for future use?

Any and all tips for a clean application are welcome.

@Joachim wrote a document with a lot of great recommendations for best practices some time back, but I can’t find it.

Hello!
I’m drowning in work and planning to come back to softr at some point but turns out doubling the size of our team is doubling my workload. I’ll streamline my stuff and get back!

In the meantime, you’ll find my draft here.

I had a videocall on the topic with Jelany during christmas, I definitely need to keep writing my guide.
It’ll be my objective for february!

Thanks for the mention @dcoletta, hope you are doing well!

Thanks, @dcoletta. I use @Joachim’s practices in ALL of my Airtable bases now.

I know the Softr part isn’t finished so I’m always just looking for tips and tricks for that as well. And no rush at all.
