DKIM vs SPF Records

Hello,

I have a client that our company is supporting with an application, and we want the User Notification/Login/Password reset emails to come from the client’s email address, not my company’s business emails. The client is a small nonprofit that has an IT support vendor to assist with this kind of thing. The IT vendor is requesting the SPF Records, and I am unable to find those in Softr. I have the DKIM records, and send those over, but they are still requiring the SPF Records.

Does anyone know where I can find those in Softr? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you!

Hey @robbrown !

Thanks a lot for reaching out and for the details, to do the DKIM authentication for the Softr Sender email you do not need SPF records, you will need a TXT and CNAME records to added simply to the registrar’s DNS settings you will find the full details here.

Best,
