Anyone have any issues with the discount code not working when new customers make a purchase? It just does not work. I put the coupon in Stripe and then it does not show up in my site. I did a test and it keeps telling me coupon is invalid.
Thoughts?
Can you pls share a url to test ? and I assume it’s a stripe client only checkout ?
If it is a Stripe Discount Code, make sure that when you are creating the coupon in Stipe to leave the “Customer-facing code” untoggled. And if you want a customized discount code, enter that code as the ID.
