Deleted 2 test users and now I cannot preview any of my pages

Hi everyone, I’m Jeff Hostetter. I just started using Softr a week ago and it is a dynamite tool! I’m using the free version for now to build an MVP for a nonprofit to demo how to share info with partner organizations and their beneficiaries.

I had 2 test users and played around with Visability. At this point I do not want a login so I deleted the 2 users. Now I cannot preview any of my pages - it gives a 404. I have a demo soon and now I can’t demo. I would appreciate any help you can give me. Thanks in advance.

Hi @Jeff,

Thank you for the details. Based on what you described, I assume you want to have a web app that is visible to the public.

In that case, please make sure that the visibility of all the pages in your app is set to “Visitors”. You can find more details on how to configure page visibility here.

Once you change the visibility for app pages, please republish the app and check again.
