In the new charts, I am unable to adjust the width to hide the white section, nor can I move the text to center it. Is this a limitation, or am I missing a configuration option? Additionally, is it possible to activate webhooks with quick-links?

For the charts, there are no native options to make the width of the block wider. You can either play with the width of the whole app in the Theme → Advanced → Max content width (check the screenshot), or use some custom codes to increase the width of that particular block.
As for the quick links, it is not possible to activate webhooks with Quick links. You can create a list/horizontal cards/table block, hide all the content but the top bar action button to Run a custom workflow, and use that as a trigger for the workflow.
