In this scenario, I’m looking to created a uniform button size for a section in the website. I’ve tried adjusting the padding without much luck. Any idea how I can resolve this without having to hard code it?

To be honest, it’s not possible to create a fixed container for the fields. The button sizes get adjusted based on the Label text, but if you play around with the left and right paddings they can be of the same size.
Meanwhile, I will add this case as a suggestion to consider for the future improvements of the button sized.
