Creating a SaaS multi-tenant software.

Hi there, i have done my due diligence i believe.

I have a xano database correctly set up, with all my features, linking tables, records.

Now, for on-boarding. I am starting to think i should cut out the sign up completely and maybe use forms with automation, because i cant seem to find a way to edit the sign-up page and link it to the correct table (meaning Company A gets into company table and linked to user in user table).

Because i am creating a sub-based SaaS application, i am thinking it will be structured as companies can sign up themselves (owner, ceo), and then they will be allowed to create their own users (limited based on their sub-tier).

And for enterprise customers. Well, they will be manually onboarding through a process.

Also, how good is softr for multi-tenancy? Does it support multiple calendar views? I get i might need to create a calendar app, separately. And maybe link it to the “main app” based on which company the user belongs to, embedding it.

So much to ponder. And i have landed on softr after using i think every other tool out there.

Right now i am very familiar with jotform, thus i kind of feel at home with softr.

Thank you all.

Also, on a side note. I also keep seeing that softr isnt suitable for it, but i am stubborn like that.

I am also thinking of “SaaS-light” version. If i could find a way to automate it. I could use my default app, as a template, same with database, and clone it for every new company. That way, they would all have their own databases as well, so there would definitely be no worries of “bleeding over” on the data part.

The possibilities are endless!
