Is anyone else having trouble connecting to AirTable after yesterday’s major shutdown?
How can there be no Softr support for people whose apps did not recover from the outage?
AirTable support suggested I try to resync - no luck!
I can’t afford to be down until Monday!

Same issue. Anyone able to help? Support is offline until Monday and all my clients are unable to access my apps.

I was able to reauthenticate after reviewing this Airtable support video.
To fix this, they’ve informed us that you’ll need to re-authenticate your data source. He sent a .mov video, but I don’t know how to upload the file.
It starts by going to Integrations and re-authenticating your database.

This is a major issue on Airtable side… when they have incidents tokens get invalid and the only way back is to do re-auth

Mine reconnected automatically, once Airtable was back online.
Same issue. Re-auth and it worked. Would have expected an alert or message from Softr on this. It’s a major issue.
