Enable input fields to be side by side within forms

Hey @FPX,
I noticed this was possible just the other day. Perhaps they just released the update. Conditional form → Quick select → Options layout = Arranges option as column.
EDIT: It’s not input fields, though.

I think @FPX is asking something different at the moment, but the quick select does do a good job at creating a better UX.
I don’t believe this is on our roadmap for conditional forms, but I do believe it’s something you can achieve with custom code if you’d like to explore further.
Wanted to pick this back up. It would be great to have more control over the placement of items in general. We will transitioning forms from FormAssembly that are a bit more complex it terms of element placement and it would be great to have the ability to position things side by side.
In the meantime, what would be an example recommended approach for custom code?
