I have created a conditional form that connects to a custom webhook from make.com
The ‘send form submission’ to box in softr is correctly connected to the webhook url and the webhook is set to receive data as soon as it is sent.
But I don’t know how to trigger the ‘send’ action when the submit button is hit on the form.
Currently, I have to manually run the make.com workflow and then hit the ‘submit’ button but it has to be automatic.
Which step am I missing here?

Maybe check if your Make scenario is set as active and set to ‘run immediately after launch’?

Thanks and yes, it is set that way.
It works when I run the scenario and then hit the ‘submit’ button in the softr form.
But when i just hit th esubmit button, either the softr form doesn’t push the data or make.com webhook is not pulling the data.
If it only fires while the scenario is running, the webhook is still sitting in test mode. Turn the big ON toggle at the bottom of the Make scenario so it’s fully live, then hit submit again without touching anything in Make.
