I do not know how to make that happen as the list block does not update anything without an action button. A workaround I can envision (but havent tested this) is to make a quick selection tool (modal popup or something) that chooses your filters and then redirects you to List filtering with URL (multiple params) .
Not the pretiest solution. I hope another member of the community knows more with maybe some JS
