I have just enabled comments on a couple of details blocks and it works very well. But my data is currently held in Airtable and I’m soon planning to migrate the Airtable data to Softr databases.
Where is the comments data currently held and will it be affected by the migration?
Comments are stored in the internal storage of your app, no mapped datasource. But you can create an automation and use the “Comment added” trigger to run the workflow, get the added comment, and then do with that whatever you need, such as adding that to your external datasource.
