Comments: Users reply to comments in email. Admin sees the reply in the comment thread.

Many people are accustomed to replying in email threads and not using the comments field.

We use softr for event requests and if we could keep the communication in one spot/thread that would be ideal, however, that is not possible using comments currently. As well as not all users want to create an account. We use a softr form to collect the information initially but getting people to sign up and use the portal features has been challenging. Basically this would help our admin team stay centralized and manage the tickets easily.

Could this be a possibility?
