Comments Block Syncing to AirTable but No Comments Showing In App

Hi all,

I appear to have an issue very similar to the one described here:

I have added comments to a list details page, I’ve synced the comments block to Airtable using this guide

When I go into a list details page, I add a comment to the page and nothing appears. But if I check Airtable, the comment has been synced correctly back to the database.

I’m testing on a published app, logged in to an account. As you can see from the screenshot below, the comment records are appearing in Airtable.

I am using regular Date field in Airtable. As it’s my first time posting here I can only include one screenshot with my post.

Any idea what I could be doing wrong here?

In the link to a previous forum post about a similar issue, Viktoria explained that special characters could be causing a problem. We have a dash “-” in the linked Current record shown in the screenshot above (e.g. PO-3693). Is it possible this could somehow be causing the issue? I’m not sure what the workaround could be for this?
