Combine client portal and vendor portal? Or keep separate? Using Airtable

I need to create portals for both clients and vendors to access. Am I better combining these into one portal or building separate portals? Records on my Project and Task tables in Airtable carry over to both clients and vendors.

The only case I would consider splitting into different apps is if the number of records will hit the airtable limitations very soon and you have to use several airtable bases to host your project.
