Hey everyone, a few quick product updates!

New in Workflows
→ “Transform data” action: A new workflow action that lets you transform inputs using formulas—great for converting AI outputs into arrays, formatting dates, extracting values with regex, filtering data, and running calculations. Find it under Workflows → Actions → Utilities.

→ DocsAutomator integration: Bring automated PDF generation to your workflows! Connect your DocsAutomator account and turn workflow data into ready-to-send invoices, contracts, reports, and more. Find it under Workflows → Actions.

Other recent updates:

  • New Twilio integration to automate sending text messages in workflows.

  • Set a Softr Workflow as a form destination, sending submissions directly into a workflow without storing them in an intermediary data source.

  • Choose Mistral AI or Google Gemini models when running AI agents in Softr Databases and Workflows, so you can optimize for speed, reasoning, or cost at scale.

Spent some time this week working with the DocsAutomator integration and @rupertxyz kindly helped me with a few bits I was stuck on. I’ve now got it working and have so many use cases for this so will definitely be keeping me busy for a while :blush:

A fantastic addition to Softr :heart_hands:

I do have another use case which I wonder if anyone else has managed to implement. If I have a table block with dynamic filters, is there a way for a user to export the filtered view to pdf via DocsAutomator whilst maintaining the filters :thinking:
