I have a chart block that gets data from an airtable table with some filters. Some data gets added to the airtable but the softr chart doesn’t see it. I guess it is not refreshing. I try reloading the page but that doesn’t change anything. I see the message “Data last refreshed 2230 minutes ago.” below the chart. I read somewhere that data in charts gets refreshed every 15 minutes, so not sure why the chart is not refreshing the data. Any ideas on how to fix?
Hi @BB-Bacuti , you read it right. How often do you make changes? is it several changes in 15 mins?
Also, If possible could you please, make a change, let me know what have you changed and provide a published page link right away so that I can check.
