Can't Map Field On Sign Up Form Page

Hey, I’m on the sign up page on my app but on the name in put the mapping area for it is greyed out. There is no field in there and I can’t map it the dropdown is locked.

I figured the problem. It’s because my Airtable is not connected to users. It won’t let me.
