Does anyone have advice on getting customer support. I’ve emailed support@softr.io several times and I think I’m getting ghosted. My user account has been deleted yet my website is still up. I simply can’t login to softr.io to make any website changes.
Sveta from softr said she would look into it yet hasn’t responded and its been a week. I can’t find a phone number for customer service and feel stuck with no where to turn. Please help if you have any suggestions.
