When a user on a PWA (can only confirm for iOS/Safari, I do not have access to a non iOS device) is on a page with a list view, the user loses the ability to scroll when a dropdown filter has been selected. Scrolling works before the dropdown is opened, but once it has been opened, the user can no longer scroll regardless if a filter has been selected.
I can confirm the same behavior when using Chrome in an android phone.
