Hi everyone, I’m setting up my first workflow to send an email when a record is created. If I remove the fields in the subject and body, the workflow works and sends the email. But when I add fields and click Continue, I get this error. I’m using AirTable. Any ideas?

Hi Doug,
This error is happening cause Softr is receiving an array from the subject field. We are working to improve this, but in the mean time, you need to use a single text item / value from airtable, not an array.
In your screenshot, your field is “fields:acccount holder” which is an array.

Any idea when it might work for arrays? It seems everything I need to put into the email fails.

Thanks for the quick response. I tested today, and it’s no longer an issue. It works well. I can add the fields, and the email looks good.
I have noticed another issue. It seems new AirTable fields are not showing up in the “Recorder Added” field list. I added two new fields to the table the other day, but they still aren’t showing up for selection. I tried re-authenticating the “Record Added” trigger and refreshing, but no luck. Any ideas?

@PYCAdmin I think you need to test the action again to it picks up new fields and valeus
