How can I cancel my subscription during a free trial or after to avoid billing?
Hey,
If you have not added the card details, the trial will end and you will not be charged.
If you have added card details, here is how you should proceed.
Please go to the Application Dashboard → Click on the workspace icon → And go to the workspace settings-> Plan and Billing → click on the Downgrade to Free plan button → Make sure you check out the reason and write down a Comment → Click on the Next icon → You should be able to cancel the subscription afterwards.
