I’ve built a site where member accounts are handled through Memberstack. I want to use Softr to build an interface with Airtable for client dashboards.
Am I able to assign conditions based on a user account from Memberstack?

Everything works through Airtable. If you can do some sync from memberstack to airtable accounts, that would be the only way I can think.
