I’m struggling with something… I’m building the customer support area of a website, so I think of 2 ways of building it:

2 Airtable apps: one for the topic (opening ticket), and one for the rest of the conversation, all messages linked to the opening topic.

1 Airtable app: opening ticket would be marked as topic, the rest linked through a text field.
So, the support page is easy showing a topic list or table. The difficult part is to show the full conversation (with attachments) when opening a new page.
Any ideas? Thank you so much in advance
