Bring back support for Airtable views

Apparently you can no longer use Airtable views, and all filters have to be done in Softr. We’ve been told this was done in early January by Softr support. Although this is not seemingly a major change, if your pattern is to use Softr to ingest a smaller already filtered dataset (which is filtered in Airtable), or if you want to use a mix of OR and AND filters between the two, this is feature breaking. I appreciate this has been put down to “reducing API queries”, but I can’t see if this was ever announced…

Hi @connorgreig. It was mentioned here, but the communication about it could have been better. For instance, what are “existing” blocks? Are they legacy, ‘newer blocks’, or current blocks that will be updated?

Also, a comprehensive list of which “newer” blocks actually work with the new Airtable connection would be helpful as well. I have already asked here twice with no response from Softr.
