Best Practice? Full Name or First & Last for Stripe subscriptions

Hello, I’m setting up a site that sells monthly subscription access to my airtable data. When setting up Softr user signup and stripe checkout blocks, is it best practice to use a Full Name field or First and Last name fields?

Also, if I intend to have 2 tiers of membership (ie. standard and premium) and 2 prices per tier (monthly and annual), I need to create 4 unique checkout pages that map to Stripe, correct?

@epoortinga I think our pricing page handles this you would need multiple stripe prices and map into pricing table
