We have some new information that we would like to collect from our users and attach to their account. Is there a way to do set the onboarding status of all users at once?

Unfortunately, there’s no option to change the onboarding status in bulk for existing users. For your use case, you’ll need to mark the onboarding status as Not started for your users to allow them to go through it again.
